Excellent product !
It is a delicious delicacy! “Huitlacoche has been recently introduced onto the “nouveau cuisine” of luxury restaurants with notable success (Ruiz-Herrera & Martínez-Espinoza, 1998). The use of huitlacoche as food has spread to the point that it is currently a culinary delight of international chefs due to the unique mixture of components that produce its flavor, aroma, and organoleptic characteristic (Lizárraga-Guerra et al., 1997). Cuitlacoche is served in soups, appetizers and entrees at many fashionable Mexican restaurants in major metropolitan areas in the United States. Recipes for cuitlacoche are available on the internet and in gourmet Mexican cookbooks. Fresh or frozen cuitlacoche occasionally is available at farmers’ markets or from local suppliers in the United States (Pataky & Snetselaar, 2006).” Most popular dish in Mexico City: Quesadillas de Huitlacoche y flor de calabaza

Nice but with jalapeños
I do not need the jalapeños I would loved to have them plain

Veggie mixture, not just mushroom.
Too mild and sweet. It is a prepared vegetable mix, not just mushroom. Onions and Chili’s and other stiff that makes it sweet; missing the prized flavor of huitlacoche. Not inedible, but not huitlacoche. Pricey, too.

Don't recommend
Worst tasting junk ever. More jalapeño and other stuff than corn smut. The Huitlacoche lost all that funky goodness in that vinergary mess.

Worst possible product
This product is horrible it is over cooked and the jalapenos are gross. I would much rather have the macha brand, san miguel, etc. etc. etc. Heck, I would pay the same for a lesser amount from a homeless guy that stole it. Yes, I am from Mexico. I know my Huitlacoche.
