After having melting problems with the product, Fullstar contacted me. They offered me a new set at no cost to make things right. I am impressed with the level of customer service! I have received my new set and have washed them, so far so good. Im hoping it was just a fluke the first time as I really do like the containers. Previous review: I was very excited about these as I was replacing old Tupperware. They arrived in a timely fashion and we're well boxed. They are sturdy and the lids lock nice and tight. Unfortunately, after about 2 weeks of use the 3 different square containers had a gritty sharpness to the bottom. I thought it wasn't clean but after scrubbing and scrubbing it didn't come out. I realized it was melted plastic. I cant tell whether this is from the microwave or the dishwasher (we only use top shelf for plastic containers for safety), but they are melted. I threw them away as I was concerned about plastic getting in our food. It seemed to happen in slow motion. The container hit the ground on its side and I braced for the chaos that would surely follow - soup splattering to the farthest reaches of the kitchen, the stampede of dogs trying to lick up as much soup as possible before I drag them away, the cat soaked in soup and screeching as though he were being murdered - and lo it did not spill. Then and there I knew, I had found my saviour!
