Much better than the cheap snap suspension my helmet came with
Once I got the correct helmet suspension that fits my helmet (my bad, ordered the wrong type), it clipped in easily. The ratchet tightener works great, though I feel my head could do with a larger size so it grabs my skull below the bulge at the back of my head rather than right on it. As it is, it has a tendency to slip off when I'm working with my head down.

Insert don't fit
Even though it started fits a 4 point hard hat, it doesn't. Inserts are to large fir regular hard hats

He loves it.
My husband has been getting headaches at work. This came in the mail today, and he loves it! He fit it to his head and is comfortable in his hard hat. If that changes, I will update this review, but as of right now, he loves it!!

Doesn't grab/stay when I hook it in. I think it might be the wrong fit

Fits my MSA hard hat just like the OEM straps. Not much else to say. It works.

It wasn't the exact same harness as my previous one, the band was slightly wider. A bit of a struggle to get it to fit and clipped in. I made sure it was the right one ,before purchasing, for my hard hat but I think my HH was a really old model and the harness is the new style
