How long does it last?** A: I'm not for sure how long it can set out, but I put mine in gallon zip lock bags and put them in the freezer. Thing about it is it will NOT freeze :) So you can use it anytime you want to. Actually I probably shouldn't have bought this big tub since I am the only one that eats it on my ice cream. It is the same kind that DQ uses on their ice cream cakes. SO good to eat by itself or on anything sweet. It doesn't have the too much sugar taste either. I hope I answered your question. **Q: Is there any eggs in this at all?** A: I don't know if it has eggs or not but I don't think it has any because you can leave it out on the counter and if it had eggs in it, I don't think you could do that. **Q: Can i use it 5o frost cakes? Does it needs a stabilizer..** A: This is made to frost cakes. It's the same as the local grocery stores use to frost their cakes. It will need to be refrigerated. **Q: Is this a whipped like cool whip or buttercream?** A: It is the best icing you will ever buy. It does feel like cool whip to me in my mouth, but even better. It's not real rich and I like that. You can put it in the freezer but it won't freeze :) So, you have it right when you need it. My grandson would eat a whole bag if I'd let him. The shipping and packaging was good, it came in perfect condition not complains about. But the problem was when I used it, I thawed in fridge and it was good to icing the cake but once I put color immediately became so airy as in the 1st picture, in the second picture I used whipping cream and it holds better no airy at all.
