If you are looking for a quiet drill, check out the Milwaukee 0721-20 V28 28-Volt. We bought one years ago and took the angle head off so it is a straight drill. Let me tell you, it is a beast! We can put a 2 inch hole saw in it and cut through 1/4" stainless. Talk about quiet. The drill bit make more noise than the drill does. This is a Hollywood type drill. Quiet
