What you see is what you get. The box has pictures of sun on one side and moon on the other, so my guess is one is for night and one for day. They both are very tingly, and my tongue gets a little numb when it gets some on it. The tingle goes away after about 15-20 minutes. I have always had small lips and I think this product does enhance them a little but it's not a hugely drastic change.
