My husband has terrible allergy/asthma symptoms. The extreme cold just makes it worse. We have tried so many things. After a little over two weeks of taking this Vitamin C, we are seeing improvement. He used to come in struggling for breath from the cold, and wake up in the morning coughing. There is so much improvement, I can't tell you how glad we are that we found this. It wasn't over night, took about 9 or 10 days to start seeing a change. I had recently come across an article on how sodium ascorbate vitamin c helped asthma, and chose this product. I'm not saying it's a cure, and he will never need his inahler again, but for us it is a huge improvement.
