I've been using this hub for over a year easily now. It works as designed, like it is recognized and everything I plug into it is instantly recognized also. It's clearly durable, having moved around with me. I like the small footprint and added power supply it provides for usb plug ins. I would recommend it. It has hdmi extender and small memory disk ports also.

Excellent quality product...lots of ports. It allowed me to hook up an additional monitor to my laptop...which didn't have an HDMI port for this purpose. Worked like a champ. I can also charge my laptop through one of the C ports on this hub...making it handy if you have limited C ports on your computer. All in all...very happy. Would buy again. Note: not all of the C ports will allow charging...so you may have to test which port allows charging. One of them did and one didn't. Just FYI.

Four stars because it seems of good quality and works well. Five stars is just something that is exceptional and quality and is amazing in price for his level of quality. I used it seems to have a good solid feel but it all has to do with time and repetition of, the wear and tear on the Plug. For the price I paid and for what it can do I feel like it is a more than fair product for the price I would buy it again.

The first product I received didn’t work and I didn’t try the product until after the return window closed so I left a bad review. They reached out to me asking if I wanted a refund or new product. I got the new product and it works great! I’m impressed with their customer service and glad I tried the product again!! My USB ports stopped working on the left side of my Surface Pro laptop. Unfortunately, my local repair shop was unable to fix it, so they recommended I buy a product like this. Lemorele arrived in one day and worked immediately. I’m very happy with this purchase.

The USBs work fine, haven't tried the SD slots yet. I mainly bought this product for the female HDMI plug at one end and the C-plug at the other which doesn't work for me for casting my phone screen onto my smart tv screen. I see videos just plugging a male HDMI plug into a female HDMI plug with a C-plug into the phone to cast the phone screen onto the smart tv but didn't work for me. I don't know if the plug is bad or if I'm doing something wrong. Disappointed, apparently is not plug-and-play as I thought it might be.
