What size should I grt if I am going to use it as a chair at my desk? I'm short and would go for the smallest size for exercise?

I got the 65cm ball, and I'm almost 5'9". IT WAS TOO SMALL even when filled so it's super firm. I'm trying to figure out if I should get a 75 or 85. I'm thinking the 75.

can this ball be deflated easily? I move around lot and I would like to know.

I've never had to deflate it but I would assume it would deflate easily - there is a pin that you insert when you inflate in and it looks as though it would be easy enough...

Can they lose their round shape?

The one I just received is NOT round at all. It's tall and more egg shaped. I got one 3 years ago that was good and still is.

What are the dimensions of this item?

The small one is 55". That's what I got. I don't remember what the medium and large size is but I believe medium is for 5'5-5'8 and then large is from 5'8 and up.
