عند وصول المنتج تبين ان العلبة الكرتون ممزقة وتم فتحها مسبقا وواضح ان علبة الحبر معاد تعبئتها من نوع حبر رديء المنتج غير اصلي ورديء ومغشوش من قبل البائع لم استفد من الحبر بالاضافة انه سبب ضرر بالطابعة يبدو انه ستكون المرة الاخيرة التي اطلب فيها من امازون
