Amazing! Incredible! Fabulous! Easy to use, affordable and effective. A++
I am thrilled beyond words with this product! The chip matching "kit" I ordered from Soto's website arrived really quickly, which was a good surprise. As another reviewer suggested, I cut the center of the chips that looked like a good fit. This made a huge difference when choosing the best color. Based on the intact chip I thought one color was a match. After cutting out the centers, however, I realized that a different color was better. Definitely cut out the centers! The first bottle of Soto arrived was chalky, leading to mediocre results. I contacted Amazon, who replaced it quickly, without any hassles. The second bottle was perfect. The touchup paint was smooth and easy to apply. The results on my entertainment center, which had lots of dark chips, speak for themselves. Since some of the chips were deep, I applied several layers of paint, allowing them to dry in between. In order to make the touchup smooth, especially after the initial lumpy/bumpy application, I used a moistened "Magic Eraser," which worked really well. It's very gentle and did not hurt the surrounding areas. It's important to follow instructions and clean the area first, to make sure 1) the color matches and 2) the paint adheres properly. To clean the area, I used little individual premoistened alcohol squares, which worked like a charm. It's also important to shake the bottle first, to make sure the color is mixed properly. Rather than ditching furniture into a landfill, which is bad for the environment and one's pocketbook, this product allows you to give new life to existing furniture. Between the Soto touchup and new handles, my entertainment center looks like new....for less than $35 ($13 for the Soto paint and $20 for new handles). If you can use liquid paper, you can use this. I just ordered another bottle for porcelain and will post photos of my bathroom sink's touchup when complete. This is a fantastic product. You will love it!

Great coating product to fix small paint issues!
Worked perfect! I have a stand up desk where the paint started to crack and show the inner white layer of the material. I tried to cover it with black marker but it always looked bad. Not until I tried this product. I coated it once and now it is fully protected and secured. it does work like a nail polish coating. I love that it's matte too. perfect look. highly recommend it.

The ease of use and size is perfect for touch ups!
I painted my bathroom gray but the paint I purchased was “mis-tinted. I was able to purchase 2 gallons of $60.00 paint for $15.00 each at one of the big stores. It has a hint of blue in it which you couldn’t tell until it dried. Then I decided to reglaze my sink. Unfortunately I was in a rush doing the 2nd coat and got some on the wall. My leftover paint from walls froze in my garage and I couldn’t use it anymore. I purchase one of these samples guessing what color would match the best. Even though it’s a little pricey for such a small bottle I decided to try it. Well, I was very pleased with the results. It was like using nail polish on the wall. I was able to cover a 4 x 5 spot (I made a mess trying to fix before this paint). This is off slightly but it’s great for what I needed. Easy to use, dried fast and looks great! Thank you!

Did It Out of Order… But Somehow It Worked.
I had some paint damage on my apartment wall from moving a no drill adhesive hook. It scraped off a noticeable chunk of paint, and I needed to fix it fast, because we all know how landlords love to keep that deposit. I picked up this touch-up paint after some helpful advice and I was really hopeful going in. Now here’s the truth: I got excited when the paint arrived and totally forgot the order of steps. I sanded the wall, then painted, then remembered I should’ve used primer first. At first, I could still see where the damage was, faint, but visible. Then I hit it with some spray-on primer over the paint, and within a couple of hours, it disappeared completely. Like, gone. I wouldn’t recommend doing it my way, because it could’ve easily gone sideways. But somehow it worked for me, and the color match was spot on. The touch-up paint did its job, and I’m truly grateful for that.

Needed to fix some scratches and stains on the walls before moving out of a rented flat, this did the job perfectly, it doesn't make things look "as new" obviously, and you can definitely spot the treated areas if you look close enough, esp. if looking at an angle (just because of the difference in glossiness), but overall it masks things very well. No idea why it's rated so poorly here, it's a very good product.

Definitely worth a go if you're like myself and would rather have a tooth pulled than do any sort of DIY. Had several small areas where I've scraped the paint on a wall, this covered it up well. Would recommend requesting the sample thing first too, I got a really good match that way.

Dirt gets caught between the slats on a roller door and the trapped dirt causes erosion and corrosion. Cleaning off all the dirt and corrosion followed by the use of touch-up paint is the answer. No need for primer or undercoat is a big plus and also the white matt finish matches in with white matt garage doors
