These things are super fragile so you'll constantly need to replace them. Good deal for the price.

Very very fragile, be careful dropping into what you’re testing if it hits the bottom it is going to break. But it is extremely accurate on its readings

Purchased these to replace hydrometer of a different brand that I removed from service due to inaccurate readings. I took baseline measurements using distilled water and beer wort, both matching the measurements from my refractometer. These seem to be well made and are easy to read. They are also a great value since you get 3 of them for about what I paid for just one earlier this year.

Bought these for back ups. They tested great with no problems. Will know more once put into constant use.

All six pieces arrive unbroken and without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Made of paper thin glass with loose lead beads inside. Two of them broke from being dropped a few inches into a graduated cylinder. A plastic graduated cylinder. Not even on the counter - a cylinder that I was holding in my hand to be careful that it didn't hit the bottom too hard. If they can't be put into a graduated cylinder without breaking, they're worthless as hydrometers. Not to mention that they spill poisonous lead all over the place that you will have trouble cleaning up out of your kitchen. Save your money and buy something else from a real brand.
