My boyfriend and I love this supplement.... Makes me taste sweeter than ever! - like maple syrup. The supplements themselves smell great and sweet too.

I did notice some pros, but after a month of taking 1 capsule a day, I'm so nauseous and generally sick to my stomach that I just can't anymore. I also can't handle flax seed so I don't know if they're similar from my stomach's perspective or not, but it's only getting worse. On the upside, I did not smell like maple syrup!

I love this product! My hair growth is great, my breast's cup size increased by 1cup. I had thinning hair on top of my head. These capsules helped grow more hair. Only one draw back...my eye brows hair growth increased alot! I had to pluck them daily! I also added more capsules to the recommendations by 2 more capsules of the 2400 MG twice a day. I only had one adverse reaction. When I ate spicy food, my tongue 👅 would 🔥 burn!! I had thinning hair on the top of my head. My hair growth increased. My breast cup size increased by an additional cup.! I did however take 2 more capsules of the 2400 MG than recommended amount . Side affects for me were: increased eye brows growth I had to pluck them daily. Because of the increased bust size, I had to increase the size my of tops because the tops would not always button. I had to increase the size large to extra large. In addition my tongue 👅 burned 🔥 when I ate any spicy foods...even pepper This did not happen before I increased the regular dose. Overall it helped me by increasing the amount of MG. I am not recommending to do this.
