Helps With Sleep
Sleeping pills is not the answer. I have used this a couple months now and found it effective to aid in falling asleep. 5mg melatonin along with L-theanine, gabba and chamomile help to relax. When I wake up in the middle of the night this helps me to relax and fall back to sleep. I use this every night and am pleased with the results without any side effects.

used Vitanica's SleepBlend right before got this & think like this Dr. Mercola product better! but only one... wake up energized/good mood; two -- groggy, tired, depressed... think may be getting again...

It seems to work well, but as with all sleep herbal medicines, there are a lot of other factors with sleep.

Helps put you to sleep for sure, take about 30 minutes before sleep time.

sleeps well but you awake feeling a little funny. Seems like it has more than one and a half mg.

Works once absorbed
Great product but my metabolism too slow so did not work until i needed to awaken. Slept heavenly. Once i figure out how long it takes for my system to activate all will be fabulous!
