Solid plates — start lighter than you think
These weight vest plates are well made and fit as expected. They add weight evenly and stay secure in the vest during workouts. My biggest advice: start lighter than you think—adding weight makes a bigger difference than you expect, especially for longer sessions.

High quality perfect fit. These things are very heavy. I was surprised at the small package they shipped in and my USPS person was even more surprised at how heavy they were in such a small package. Perfect for what I needed. Would be cool to see these in a 22.5lb per weight option to get up to exactly 45lbs.

Good workout plates
There are good workout plates. I’ve not weighed them, but they appear to weigh what they should. The only downside is that they don’t fit well in a standard plate carrier. Otherwise, the weight distribution is good and they don’t impede range of motion, so I’m happy. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've got to say.I really appreciate this company and amazon. The snowstorm, somehow, my package got lost in that and they never did find it bot.When I asked for a replacement, they got it out to me within forty eight hours. And I do appreciate service like that. The product is as described though I wonder how long that rust proof coating is gonna last on the outside of it. Its really good combined with the ruck pack. My workout yesterday was great.. i'm going to get some different sizes of weights as well.And it will be from this company
