Sundown Hair, Skin and Nails, 120 Caplets

I have been using these vitamins for quite a few months if not close to a year. I have thin hair and have always had thin hair and because of that it took a lot longer for it to grow. I am amazed at how fast my hair is growing and although it doesn't help thicken it, it does feel so much healthier and length that I'm so happy about. It doesn't work overnight and if you give it time you should be happy with it too. It did help my skin and my nails but because of my work environment I ended up getting acrylic nails because regardless of how careful I was I was still breaking nails at work But they do grow really fast which makes me have to get them done more. Lol I am on the subscribe and save and will continue on for as long as I can. I love how long my hair is getting and how great my skin feels. So worth it! The pills are easy to swallow and I take them with meals because I heard on an empty stomach it could give you an upset stomach or nasty belches. Lol

I was losing my hair. When there was no way to style it that would hide my scalp, i decided something had to be done. My dermatologist said it was "female pattern baldness" and recommended a wig, but there is no history of thinning hair in my family, so I didn't believe him. I did some online research, started taking plain biotin, and saw some improvement after a year - but not enough. So I tried this complex of vitamins, and in a few months my hair started growing back (I couldn't tell, but my hairdresser could see it sprouting in the bare areas!) Not only that, but my nails strengthened and the ridges began to smooth out. I've been using it for almost two years now, and my hair is again thick on top and in back (though, oddly, still somewhat thinner on the sides), and my nails are perfectly smooth. IF you have a problem with hair, skin, or nails that is caused by vitamin deficiency, I strongly recommend trying this (and give it at least 3-4 months before you expect to begin seeing any change).

As a senior citizen there are many medical and physical issues that sometimes pop up that have to be rectified in various ways. Besides my regular doctor prescribed medication I also take several vitamin and mineral supplements to keep my body fit and healthy. I purchased this supplement for my teenage niece who has long hair, the tablets are easy to swallow, odorless, and tasteless, the bottle is properly sealed, this is a product of recognized quality, and it really works when used continuously. Contains Biotin and other vitamins and minerals, without Gmo, artificial colors, or flavors

I do not believe that any vitamin supplement or nail strengthener will work quickly. It just does not happen. One must be realistic in their expectations I think. My hair is long and has always developed split ends very, ver, easily. My nails have always been somewhat fragile; they tend to be thin, split and peel easily and break if you look at them wrong! I have been taken this supplement for my than a year now and I can honestly say that my nails are m u c h better than they used to be and have grown longer and seem to be more sturdy than ever before. So yes, if you are willing to look at progress in the term I think this supplement helps/work. Of course your results may vary and you must have patience. I plan to continue taking this hair, nail and skin supplement because it has really helped. No miracle cure, but certainly helpful with noticeable results in the long term.

My hair and nails have grown but my nails still break. My hair has gotten thicker and has grown an inch or 2. I have broken out a little but I think it's because of the biotin which I heard from some people that it may cause acne. Overall it's okay I just have to figure out the a ne thing whi6has nothing to do with the company.

Very good product that does what it is advertised to do! My nails are healthy, my hair has gotten longer since I started using, and this is my second purchase. The only thing is that the product went up in price $2.00 between the time I purchased my first bottle and the second. I wondered why since it was the same amount and from the volume of reviews, it was gaining in popularity! Greed or demand? You tell me!

Before using this product I had shortness of breath, suddenly it disappeared after using this product. Thank you so much!
