I don't know who the other "Inspector Gadget" reviewers are, but I found this very fiddly! To be fair though, that's mostly because it's unlike anything else I've put together over the years. All of the pieces were present, but one of the plastic feet was cracked (you only really need 4 out of the 8 given, so not the end of the world) I'm not attaching the 5 shelf unit to my outhouse wall - but if you are, be mindful of the pre-drilled round screw holes on the uprights and keep the round holes in mind when joining the uprights together (you'll need them to attach unit to the wall) The instructions got me to step 4 (all the uprights, and the short & long shelf posts attached - so carcass was done) - but I had to go to YouTube to see a video on how to attach crossguards and bending the metal tongues to secure them. Pro-tip: Thanks to other helpful reviewers I bought a cheap can of quick dry mdf mould protector/sealant, and sprayed the 5 shelves in the alley 10 minutes before I started. All in all really easy to click together (couldn't find my hammer so used a large wrench wrapped in a tea towel instead of a mallet ha! Worked a treat) , but fiddly to figure what they were calling each piece of kit. Very pleased with the unit, stability, aesthetic, and storage offered.

Great value for money, very sturdy, looks good and does the job.

Looks quite smart. Seems strong enough though the shelves, which I think are MDF, are only 4mm thick. It's a nut and bolt free assembly and is pushed firmly together. Tabs fitting into slots. Once I got the hang of it this was OK but I needed to bend many of the tabs outwards to get them to engage with the slots. Then I had to use a small screwdriver as a guide whilst hammering pieces into place to make sure the tabs tucked back inside the assembly. OK once you've had a bit of practice.

Cheap racking which does the Job, easy to assemble and perfect for the garage.

Easy to build did it on my own

This racking was perfect for my needs. I bought it to go at the back of my metal motorcycle shed as it had the perfect dimensions. I built it myself in half an hour, so I found it easy. Great colour and very handy that you can vary shelf height to suit yourself. My bottom shelf for instance is placed 2 feet high so that bike front wheel can go in between the racking. I found that by bending the tabs outward of upright joining pieces when assembled, stiffened the entire frame up. For the money, I can't criticise it at all. Absolutely perfect for my needs. Perfect purchase and the seller delivered faster than they said.
