They didn't work in my Canon scanner.
I knew I was purchasing rollers that were not made by Canon, but I felt confident with the 5-star reviews. The rollers arrived, but the smaller pair of rollers did not work in my Canon scanner. They feel much lighter than the Canon OEM rollers, and they don't "click" firmly into place like the OEM rollers. I watched the Canon video about proper installation, and removed and installed them several times. None of this made a difference -- I couldn't get them to pull a single sheet of paper through my scanner. I replaced them with the Canon OEM rollers I'd removed, and all was well. I am returning these rollers to Amazon for a refund and ordering the more expensive Canon OEM rollers.
