Ecotopic Beats game-changer
I had been suffering from ectopic heartbeat for a couple of years. A cardiologist recommended i try magnesium taurate and it has significantly decreased the number of skips and beats I was having. I take 2 capsules per day, 1 when I wake up, 1 before bed as the prescribed dose is a little low. Highly recommended.

Good product
I am currently am a in patient on the Glenbourne Unit Derriford Hospital Plymouth UK. I get this product for sleep from the ward. this product is the best. Is it on NHS Prescription another patient gets it aswell? but I bought mine but the staff give to me one at night anyway. I hope it is on NHS Prescription now x

Good For the Heart
Magnesium Taurate is supposed to be the best magnesium for the heart by the medical community. Having had a heart attack, I think it is a good idea to supplement with magnesium. The capsule is easy to swallow and I like the idea of no fillers they also seem good value for money. However, I have only been taking it for the last two weeks so only time will tell. Would buy again.

Not as good as I thought.
I thought I'd try these for elevated blood pressure. I have no known pathological reason to have elevated blood pressure. These supplements caused me to have a racing heart and did not calm me down at all. No sleep improvement either. I came of them after about a week. Now I just get magnesium from diet and feel much better. Its not hard to get it from diet. Maybe I wasn't deficient anyway. Don't be put off they didn't work for me but may work for others. I would only take them if you truly know you are deficient, not because you saw it on social media or Google as a miracle supplement. What also worries me is the amount of reviews where the supplement was given as free sample.

Huge reduction in Ectopic Beats & Heart Palpitations
I have suffered with Ectopics and heart palpitations for a few years now with no known cause. They make me anxious and bother me a lot. I suffer with bad anxiety which doesn’t help matters. I have been looking for a way to reduce the problem naturally. I do not drink alcohol or smoke tobacco or vape and I take very very little caffeine, which are all known causes of Ectopics & HP. I did some research into magnesium and I came across Magnesium Taurate and it’s wonders for the heart and also in reducing Ectopics and HP. This will now become and every day supplement for me. I am so impressed. I have been taking it for 6 or so days now and I would say a strong 85-90% reduction in my HP and Ectopics! Just amazing!
