I'm not going to lie, it is rough. But, this product has worked great. I wasn't sure if it would stick to my knee with how much it bends and straightens, but there are no problems. It goes on easily and adheres well. I used A I and found that it is best to put it on a slightly bent knee so it is not too loose when your knee is straight and not too tight when it is bent. One of the best things I like about it is that it makes it so much easier to massage my scar. It was kind of creepy to me when I actually had to rub my scar when I was using a gel treatment at first. I can't speak to the final result yet as I have only used this tape for about two weeks, but I can already feel that it is not as raised and is much smoother (something that did not happen with the gel.) My physical therapist says it will really help my scar be less visible in the long run. I highly recommend this product! If you are reading this, chances are you have had TKR.
