This worked fine to link my omada router and switch but I was under the impression that this was a fiber optic cable with 2 built in sfp connectors. I was wanting it to isolate equipment from surges from lightning which I don't believe this will do as it uses conductive wiring. I purchased 2 sfp to fiber modules and linked with fiber and set this aside for a spare.

Cost effective and just works. I'm daisy chaining a switch to supply outdoor POE cameras and wanted to isolate it from the rest of the network in case of a lightning strike.

This cable worked perfectly for my purposes of connecting two pieces of UniFi equipment (UDM-PRO and UNVR) together. I did have to set the port on the UNVR to 1 Gpbs manually (to match the UDM-PRO; the UNVR could do 10), which I learned from reading other reviews first (thanks!).

I have this connecting my Omada ER8411 to my TPLink SG3428XMP Core Switch and it runs so cool. I replaced a TPLink 10G SFP+ module which runs burning hot. But to be honest I've found most SFP+ ethernet modules do that regardless of brand.
