Using one flat teaspoon you get the full flavor and I easily get 60 mugs out of an 8oz jar, which makes the price reasonable. One other comment. Flavor okay, doesn’t mix well ,leaves cup residue , doesn’t taste coffee/chocolate, too pricey, taste not as described, but doesn’t have sugar/caffeine. Trying tsp. mixed into decaf coffee and a tsp.of LS Swiss Miss (5G) to see which has better flavor. Won’t buy Postum again. When a tsp. of LS Swiss Miss in is more satisfying in our decaf coffee I’d rather do that. Buying a caffeine free coffee alternative with chocolate flavor but this really isn’t. So decaf remains our alternative with a tsp. Low sugar SM at 5Gs. Try it this way if you can do a little sugar, it’s a delicious hot treat!
