It’s lightweight yet strong, and the expandable feature gives extra packing space when needed. The slate blue color looks stylish, and the carry-on size fits perfectly in overhead bins. Overall, high-quality luggage that’s practical, durable, and stylish — I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Bought this suitcase for a recent trip. I believe I paid around $125 for it, give or take a few bucks. It held up after going through several airports and at least 3 different airlines. It holds just enough for a 15 day golf trip for me, and seems to be constructed fairly well considering the price. I dig the color and once I put on a colorful name tag on the handle, it was easy to locate in the airport carousel. The wheels roll good and seem to be fairly well constructed. I would buy again.

If you're reading this review, let me save you some time: BUY IT! I researched endlessly for hours on end, day after day, looking for a good carry-on that would work well being gate-checked. Not many people write reviews for a carry-on specifying how well they work outside of that capacity, but I was realistic. Am I paying for early boarding or nice seating? Absolutely not. So, I tend to gate check since they don't have space anymore by the time I load. And let me tell you, dear reader, this suitcase did NOT disappoint. It has yet to show any ware or tear after roughly 10+ flights being checked at the gate; the material of the hard shell is that sturdy. Additionally, it fits so much. I have legitimately packed (with the expander) two weeks' worth of clothing in that thing, and it doesn't show signs of bursting at the seams (which it really should have... I wouldn't recommend packing that much unless you really have to, haha). It is so amazing, and when it does inevitably suffer from its harsh cargo-hold treatment, I will be buying another one immediately. 10/10 would recommend :)

This is one of my favorite luggage brands, and it has never let me down. I was able to get this 3-piece set on sale, and I’m so glad I did, it was definitely a great purchase! I used all three pieces for an international trip and was able to pack everything I needed with no issues. In fact, I probably overpacked, but the luggage handled it perfectly. Everything held up great throughout the trip. The color is absolutely beautiful, and the weight of each piece is very reasonable, not too heavy, which makes traveling easier. Most importantly, the luggage feels very durable and sturdy, giving me confidence that it will last for many trips to come. I also appreciate that it comes with a warranty, which adds extra peace of mind. I highly recommend this set!

This suitcase is great. I used it to take things for my wedding and everything stayed intact. It has travelled with us for three years now going back-and-forth every month in a long distance relationship and transporting our life in the move. Finally, it’s so great. Recommend if you’re in the market for a large suitcase. The zippers work really well. It’s easy to accessible and pulls really well on carpet and hard flooring. You can fit so much stuff in here, but it is a large checked suitcase.

I had this luggage for a year and went on only 2 trips. It was sufficient and functional for those trip purposes. No lock function but it is a checkin luggage with light weight and fits perfectly. I noticed on my last trip a crack. Just sharing that this will not be covered under the 10 year warranty. Also, The American Tourister Stratum 2.0, while popular for its affordability and stylish look, is made with ABS plastic, which tends to be less impact-resistant than polycarbonate or more premium materials. Cracking can happen, especially with rough baggage handling. Not a good value for your money.
