Works lol, people saying it doesn’t work clearly used it improperly. It’s supposed to delay ovulation so obviously if you’ve already ovulated it won’t work, so if you’re panicking because you’re ovulating and weren’t safe then I wouldn’t purchase this if you’ve already ovulated because like I said it won’t work. Don’t take this more than needed- it’s not birth control nor is it good for you to take often. No weird side effects except light bleeding a few days later and messed up my cycle but I’ve purchased this twice and it’s always worked and came quickly. Easy to take and it works just as good as the name brand that costs almost 8x more. Definitely worth it.

This is my first time buying this brand and first time in year using a day after pill. It worked for me. Now, I had a headache for over 10 days. About 4 days after I took the pill the headaches started until I got my period. My period came one day early than what it was supposed to be.
