I was looking for a tree trimmer for a couple of reasons. Our oak tree had not been trimmed in years and the branches were becoming long, heavy and overhanging the street. Which led to potential issue #2 - the HOA handing fines for not maintaining our front. So I reached out to our gardeners and a tree trim service, which just ended up expensive, more than i expected - and didn't look like they did much. Naturally, they did haul the branches away but they also only did the low hanging branches and with a manual pole saw. I saw this, bought it and it sat in the garage for a month before I had a free weekend to test it. In 5 minutes, i had cut down a 5-foot high pile of branches. Even with my 6 foot ladder, the included extension and handle trigger made it super easy to reach up to 15 feet, good enough for what I needed. Battery is still strong, i've used this multiple times for about 30 minutes run time on the first charge. Very happy with the functionality and purchases. It cut through 1"-2" branches easily. The only drawback so far is it's not good to cut small thickness branches - it vibrates too much as a one-handed chainsaw while holding the branch in the other - use a manual pruner or saw for safety instead. But if the branch is attached to the tree, there's not much to stop this little wonder. I can also see it getting heavy after continuous use one-handed - just something to be aware of if you plan to cut for longer than 10 minutes.

This little pole saw is extreme powerful. We oiled it (comes with a nice size bottle of oil), put it together in less than 5 minutes and got to work. The battery already came charged enough to get 5 full hours of work done before needing to charge it. Comes with 2 extra chains. It is very sturdy when using the pole and extended all the way. We have trimmed down 5 trees. This shows one pile of what we cut down, we had 2 more piles just as big. We had an estimate from a worker to cut down these 4 trees and they wanted $8k. So this was absolutely amazing to buy plus a very long ladder and we saved so much money and time. I am beyond impress and would buy this saw every year of needed though from the absolutely over work we have given it in just 2 days and how well it performs and resist some really thick branches covered in Spanish moss, I am certain that with care, it will last a long time. Beyond impressed. Just amazing craftsmanship. Comes with safety goggles (nicely made not cheap) and pair of gloves. Remember to remove battery before clearing the saw of debris. Practice on a small branch first. Love it 😀 love the fact that my husband absolutely is killing the yard work in so little time and looking 😍 👌🏼 while doing it. Yard looks amazing. Going to start trimming the front yard's palm trees. Also ladies, this is so easy and safe to use ourselves and the hands away option is phenomenal for shrubs and garden.

It's cuts and does good job. Easy for female to hold up and trim with. BLADE stead sharp until I got to the evergreen 🌲 trees. Those ate it up. Takes 4 hrs to charge at least. 15mins of work and it's dead. Get a fast charger and a couple 2hr or 4 hr batteries of its more than lite trimming on 1 tree.

So far, it all works great, chain came off but it was easy enought to put it back on, not to heavy when pole is attached, recommend

Product support is extraordinary. The saw arrived with a jammed controller. After sending an email I got a rapid response and after sending a video of the problem they sent out a replacement. The saw is awesome. It cuts through 2" limbs like a knife through butter and is easily maneuvered for cutting limbs overhead. I strongly recommend the saw and their customer service.

Fun toy for a woman who wants to do yard work. It is fabulous when it works, but no so much fun when you need to change the chain. Easy enough with one screw, and the alen key attached to eat, but very tricky to reassemble, tighten the chain so that it doesn't jump again. I am still working on it!!!

Topped off the battery the day it came in and tried the hand saw, then the pole attachment. Worked fantastic cut like a beaver drinking coffee but a lot faster. Used it the second day, and ran like a champ til the battery ran low. Put it on the charger. When battery was charged (it’s pretty fast), I put it back on the hand-saw and didn’t run it for a few days. Got it out yesterday and put it on the pole attachment to get a few high limbs. Cut limbs for a full battery and put it back on the charger - I wasn’t quite done. I had a few more to cut, so after a couple hours, the battery was fully charged and I put it back on the pole attachment to get back to work. Pulled the trigger - nothing. Checked the battery, full charge. Reattached directly to the hand saw - nothing. Did that a couple more times and this thing is dead in the water. I guess the motor is shot after less than 2-3 hours of use. I honestly can’t recommend this for purchase unless the mfg can come up with a solution, but there is not any contact info (that I have found yet), and the Amazon ‘troubleshooting’ is about as useful as ice cubes to an Eskimo. I had to go rent a gas powered pole saw to finish up today…hopefully someone will reach out because I DO like this little saw when it was working.

This cordless pole saw and mini chainsaw is FABULOUS!!!!! It is SO lightweight, easy to use and cuts like a dream - up to 4 1/2” width branches!!! The battery is rechargeable and lasts for hours :). The price is unbelievably low :). We would have paid around $1,000 for our tree trimming project last weekend - and we paid just over $100 for this AMAZING find!!!!!! And we were done quickly!!! One of the best purchases we have made in years - you are going to LOVE it :)

The parts for the saw looks solid and good materials,not heavy to lift too

Brilliant small chain saw,just make sure you keep the tention on the blade,very easy to use.

All necessary included in the box, oil spare chains and clear instructions manual plus second battery. Bought it to trim overhanging conifers and it handles thicker branches well. It's important to maintain correct chain tension as specified as thinner branches can creep under the guard and lift the chain of its guide. However the supplied tool which stores in the handle makes easy to remove the chain and guide for cleaning. Batteries have built in power level indicators and seem to last quite long enough for decent pruning session

This mini chainsaw has been great, I have given this some hard use on a 25M x 4M conifer hedge and it saved me the cost of getting a contractor in, would recommend.

This polesaw certainly pack a punch, its very sturdy too. In my opinion its def worth every penny. You wont be dissapointed.
