I’ve been using this for a bit now and overall I like it. It mixes well and gives a noticeable boost in energy, especially in the mornings. The taste is decent—not amazing, but definitely drinkable. I mainly got it for circulation/blood pressure support, and while it’s not a miracle, I do feel a slight difference. The only downside is the price and the flavor could be better. If you’re looking for an easy way to add beets into your routine without eating them, this is a good option.

I never really liked beets, except the sugar beets I ate as a kid. Beets are good, however for blood circulation. Being in my 60s now, I could use this benefit. I figured I'd give this a try and I'm happy I did. The beet taste takes some getting use to, but now it's fine. I even bought the Pomegranate flavor for my husband to try.

This review is only on flavoring. I first tried the pomegranate flavor and I really liked it. I decided to try the black cherry since it was on sale this time, and purchased two canisters (poured into mason jar). Today was my first time using the cherry and it’s definitely is a stronger taste. Ten minutes after my protein shake and still have the after taste. For now, my thought is, I’m going back to the pomegranate. However, since I have cherry for 2 months, I may get used to the taste. Just for reference in other flavors, for my 16oz smoothy I use: 5 frozen pieces of banana 1tsp frozen lemon and zest 1&1/2c frozen strawberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries 1tbsp honey and comb 1 scoop Costco Optimum Gold Standard Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder 1 scoop Total Beets 1/2c Kirkland Organic Almond Vanilla

Tasty and effective in nitrox oxide for energy in the body. Take care in over use as could turn stool a purple hue. Easily mixes with water, great for us older folks to power up for the day.

I hate the taste… I put a teaspoon of sugar in it to balance it out because it tastes terrible

The total beets was delicious to drink to lower my blood pressure.

For some reason this one “non organic” vs the organic on the front label this one gives me better results far as lowering BP not sure the differences of the powders but if you’re looking for maximum results this one is the better of the 2.
