Carvaan Saregama Mini 2.0 Kannada- Music Player with Bluetooth/FM/AM/AUX (Sunset Red)

Worked excellent for about 3 weeks after it was delievered. But all of sudden stopped working and never powered on although battery was fully charged and tried turning it on with power connected. Same was case with another carvaan device that i had bought

I had a very bad experience with this purchase. I ordered the Carvaan Mini 2.0 from Amazon, and the FM/AM functionality is not working at all. This is a basic feature of the product, and it was defective right out of the box. When I contacted customer care for a replacement, instead of taking responsibility, they rudely told me to find a service centre and get it repaired myself. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a new product, not a faulty item that I need to repair on my own time and effort. It clearly feels like the seller is running a scam — delivering defective products and then pushing customers towards service centres to avoid replacement. What is even more disappointing is that Amazon is supporting this behavior instead of protecting the customer. Very unprofessional service, poor quality control, and zero accountability. I strongly do not recommend buying this product from this seller. Think twice before purchasing.

Inbuilt songs are of decent quality and most of them are hit songs. But the FM antenna has some issues..some of the FM stations in Bangalore don't work properly. Bluetooth connectivity is good, battery is also nice, sound quality is enough for indoor use.

I loved it. Carvaan legends are awesome I have all color collection more than 10piece of radios in my home. Without carvaan music life is empty
