That needs to be accepted because 1. It's a protein powder and 2. There are no added in sweeteners.Mix it in with something sweet like fruit juice or a banana smoothie and add enough to get the benefits but not so much that you have a sharp decrease in the texture and taste of the juice or smoothie. (Which will happen if you use excessive amounts of powder compared to the amount that you mix it with)Pros:-It digests well and is the most neutral taste and texture of any protein powder I've had. All powders have worse off taste, texture, and digestible than this. It's not perfect but it is the best I've ever had and likely ever will have.-It has high nutritional value outside of just the protein.-Lower in fat than other brand pumpkin seed powders.Cons:-The bag does not seal well and I had to put in a separate container.-The price is a bit high on a price to gram of protein basis. There are cheaper options if protein and price are the only concerns. But I understand that pumpkin seed powder is not in huge demand and therefore this is more of a low volume specialty item at the moment. It completely blended, but it also didn't change the taste of the pancakes themselves, which really impressed me.I can't wait to try this powder in other meals.p.s. My only complaint is that the bag it hard to reseal, I have to store it in a ziplock bag.
