It's hot and salty and a little smoky and bitter and goes great on everything from breakfast to dinner. Review: Really good. - Aji de gallina is my favorite dish and I really wanted to make it myself but I couldn't find this in a local store. Tastes great and gives the stew that beautiful yellow color. Really good.
Aji de gallina is my favorite dish and I really wanted to make it myself but I couldn't find this in a local store. Tastes great and gives the stew that beautiful yellow color. I'll have to keep experimenting to see what else I can use it for.

This is soo good. I have purchased several times. I use it in beans, when marinating chicken, in taco meat and all sorts of stuff. Flavorful with a little spice.

Delicious, unique chili paste
Great flavor unique to Peruvian cooking. Not particularly hot, which is fine for our family. My chicken and sauce were both fantastic!
