Great quality supplement
I have been using this magnesium for about four months. I take it every evening and my quality of sleep has improved. It's easy to swallow and no tummy issues.

Best clean Mag Glyc for the money.
Easily the best value for a clean Mag Glyc. These work so well for their intended purpose of supporting sleep health and Vitamin D metabolism. I did notice some drowsiness in the mornings at first when my magnesium was really low, but after a few days my levels improved and they only worked to support restful sleep as intended. Now I split the daily dose and take one in the morning with my other supplements and one at night before bed. Bonus that these have no silicone dioxide.

Relaxion and muscle cramps
Just ordered my 2nd bottle. Helps my muscles the next day after working out. I've noticed it especially helps my leg cramps. Great for sleep too. I notice I wake up in the morning feeling more relaxed

Been using this for sleep and recovery and itโs been great so far. No stomach issues like you sometimes get with other forms of magnesium. Capsules are easy to take and the quality feels solid. Helps with relaxation and overall recoveryโwould buy again.

Improved Sleep
