Yes, they completely stopped my leg cramps, however, I cut down the dosage to 1/2 a tablet every 2 days due to the side effects of stomach cramps and digestive issues, otherwise they work great.

Easy to take after a few days they started to work for me not entirely stopped cramp but made it less but not been taking for very.long but better than other medication tried. Happy with product.
