Having had 4 knee surgeries to-date, including a TKR, I have probably worn 7-8 different kinds of knee braces at various times, none of which were comfortable or seemed to provide adequate support or pain relief, and all were so annoying! So, when my Ortho PA told me to wear one for the next 6 months until my next TKR, I was not excited. I am loving this brace, though! Doesn’t slide around/down, so no readjusting it all day long! It’s so annoying to be barreling through your day and have to stop to pull up a knee brace that’s now down on your calf. Unless your thigh is the same size as your calf, you know what I’m talking about! This brace fits true-to-size and is easily adjustable to keep it fitting snug in place all day long. As a plus-size female with curves and shapes, I’ve never had that in a knee brace! Take your measurements honestly and use the sizing chart. This one is hard to explain, but due to swelling, I have a large bulge of soft tissue on the inside of my knee. Putting on most other braces, they would wrap around this bulge, compacting it into the knee and causing even more pressure and pain. With this one, the metal brace lays nicely where it needs to be on each side of the knee, and the open design around the side from the straps allows the ‘bulge’ to escape, relieving the extra pressure. Support without being overly constricting is so comfy! Doesn’t itch: With a lot of braces, I’ve found there are always a couple of places where the stitching itches and pokes and irritates my skin. That’s not the case with this one. Great quality, comfort, and functionality!

I am a shopper. I consider the importance of the item and try to learn as much as I can about it. I’m an older woman with a shapely lower body. 5’9 260 lbs. I bought three braces and tried them on. I bought a 3 x and a 4 x. I found the 3 x fit my thigh best. My thighs measured at 30” 1/2 inches. I selected this knee brace for the following reasons :It was easy to put on ,it fit my shapely leg and it stayed on. This is how I secured the knee brace; Step 1) I completely opened it up. I secured the calf strap first : while standing, I placed the knee cushion over the knee cap ,grab the left and right lower strap and secure it directly under the knee. I then Tighten the Velcro strap snug . Step 2) I secured the upper strap ,where it naturally sit on the thigh . I then took the Velcro strap and snugly place it over the leg strap. The straps shouldn’t be so tight that it cuts off your circulation. It should just be snug enough to hold the brace in place. I have been wearing the brace for a month or so and have been completely satisfied with it s fit and comfort.

After having worn this for several weeks now, (I'm currently recovering from an MCL tear) the best piece of advice I can give is to make sure that the bottom strap around the calf is very - very snug. That goes a long way to keeping the entire brace centered over the knee. I wear it over top of my pants and rarely have to adjust it during the day. To be fair, I do have a desk job so I'm not walking around with it all that much. But for my particular application it's working out very well.

It’s difficult to put on. Sizes are accurate and quality is decent.

I’m sobbing but I had to write this immediately. I’ve been in horrible debilitating pain for over 3 months no rest no breaks just sharp pain like a sadistic demon with a screwdriver is grinding in my knee with a break even in my sleep the little I get… No brace to help me I’ve been unable to find the size I need. I went to the emergency room barely able to stand they slapped a long leg immobilizer on me and sent me home. I couldn’t stand, it cut into my foot I couldn’t get into my car or drive. Eight hours in the emergency room and I took it off in the parking lot it was so long I could put my foot straight it kept slipping down. The doctor just wanted me out of there. My doctors appointment for the orthopedic surgeon is booked up then went out of the country for the holidays. I can’t be seen until Jan 3rd no one could help me. My knee is cracking locking up slipping in and out of the socket . I can’t walk or clean or sleep fit bit barely logs any sleep. I can’t walk in the store I can’t stand up without yelling in pain. No one to help me. Single mom my son has autism. I lost my mom to cancer and I moved out here to a cheaper area I know no one. If I didn’t push myself to walk and go working myself up to the pain nothing would get done. Sorry I’m emotional and very sleep deprived for months but I’m just so grateful to this product it feels comforting and instantly supports. I’ve Ordered sleeves braces too small had to cut one on off my me. Nothing fit I’ve been just lost and miserable in no stop pain. I ordered this product it was delivered tonight. Instantly I felt support. Perfect size DOES NOT CUT MY LEG OR ROLL UP !!! HOLDS UP IN THE BACK GOOD QUALITY WORTH EVERY PENNY. For the pain to reduce after non stop sharp pain locking up cracking slipping in and out of the socket I think I’d of paid anything for any comfort and support from this insane pain. Thank you so much what a wonderful product for larger people I appreciate you .

The knee brace LOOKS VERY NICE!...BUT..... Im a lg man, like everyone's legs, mine taper. Wider 4" above the knee, & thinner below the knee. A V shape. The inside has this beautiful lt blue SLIPPERY AS HELL almost SILKY material! Tried putting it on 3x slips down BEFORE I CAN EVEN CINCHE IT IN PLACE! Got wife to help thinking maybe I was missing something. It BOUNCES OFF OF WALLS REALLY GREAT! Dont know if my anger was frustration, or just SHEER DISAPPOINTMENT that I was NOT gonna get the relief I was looking forward to. They COULD put a few bands of that gummy, sticky almost like silicone caulk bead that some mens pants come with to hold your onto your shirt, & keep your pants from slipping down. The velcro is that tiny hook & loop, that wears out quickly too ... Im hoping that the mfgr will provide a remedy, as I DONT need SLIP DOWN/OFF Knee (non)SUPPORT!

Just my size. Is soft and has a great support.
