Theyre good and not bad tasting but you have to rake 2 tablets at a time instead of a preferred 1.

I’ve been using ORS for 2 years now and find their advertising avoids going into details about the ingredients. I only use them as a backup to a different sugar free brand.

Highly recommend ORS tablets. Great for electrolyte replenishment and certainly helps if you feel a bit groggy from your previous night out!! Not a cure but definitely helps. I always have a pack in my case when travelling, which can be very tiring, and they helped with jet lag on a previous trip. May not work for everyone but definitely helped me. Tried other brands but always return to ORS as I find them value for money with a great taste.
