I said numerous times that I thought they sent the wrong pieces, but it was just a big puzzle.I rated it four stars because the price is comparable for a fixture that is already assembled, the fact that the directions were not clear, and that I had to buy longer screws to safely attach it to my ceiling.Here are a few things to keep in mind when you get it:1. The directions refer to labeled parts, for which there are no labels on the parts.2. To figure out the correct orientation of the side pieces, line up the screw holes and make sure they angle in and not out from the long, main piece.3. Loosely attach all side pieces to the top, and loosely attach all side pieces to the bottom. Then tighten everything. At some points, I thought I was doing it wrong because stuff wasn’t lining up.4. The screws they provide threaded into the hanger that will ultimately attach the fixture to the ceiling were way too short for my tastes. It left about 1/8” to screw the black caps on to hold this big fixture.
