When taking them for the first time, i eased in taking one pill in the morning and felt slight increase in energy. Once i felt i had the measure of them i thought it would be easier to take both pills in the morning rather than be waiting to take a second in the afternoon (which i would undoubtedly forget to do) There's a definite difference between taking one and taking two at one time. It really does increase your energy in the morning in the first few weeks. I followed the instructions by drinking lots of water each day of taking them. The one day i didn't drink as much, i noticed how thirsty i got - whether thats a result of the pills or maybe i'd got used to drinking a lot of water each day i'm not sure but thought it worth mentioning. I also ran my course Monday - Friday with my two day break from taking them over the weekend. In the time i've been taking them (about a month) i've exercised 4-5 days per week and have lost the best part of 9lbs which i'm really happy with as i'm not particularly overweight but have found it hard to shift some fat from around my waist prior to this. In the last week of taking them i noticed that they started to have less of an effect on me in the morning as they did in the beginning. The energy boost was still there to a degree but not nearly as much as it was in the beginning. Not a huge deal but something i noticed anyway. I have a set of scales that measure my body fat also and as well as losing nearly 9lbs i have also reduced my body fat percentage from 19.6% to 18.4% which doesn't sound like a huge drop but worth noting that this is relative to your body weight too so bringing both down is a win i'm prepared to take! I'd probably give them another month of usage to see if the progress continues but the energy effects are certainly starting to wear off me now.

This is good stuff I started with 2 pills in the morning the cardio on empty stomach then healthy brunch and eating throughout the day it helps to drink lots of water with this product You will pea alot but that's part of the process it helps with excess water retention as well
