is the hair conditioner suitable for co washing method?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by co-washing method.... but if you mean that you mix the shampoo with conditioner and then apply it, that is not the protocol here. Wash your hair first and then apply the conditioner. I have to tell you, but this is excellent shampoo and conditioner. I've been using it for a year now and love it.

While it is not known for volumizing hair - it does provide some volume.
