Piano Time 2
This book is part of a set for beginners learning the piano. I bought the first one for my niece and followed it with this one. The set came highly recommended by a highly regarded music teacher.

Piano Time 2: Book 2 by Pauline Hall
The books in this series are ideal for Children or Adults to follow and learn to play the piano (or keyboard). I teach my granddaughter using these books, and I must say that I don't remember my books being as informative as these as a young girl learning. There is lots of information learners can revise on their own included in the books, including the correct fingering, timing, etc. Everything is well laid out and explained and the lessons are carefully stepped. An absolute beginner (including adults) should start with the earliest books and work through to the more complicated lessons in later books without skipping any stages. In my opinion, Pauline Hall has got it absolutely right and I think her methods of teaching and advancement are exemplary. I had a different book by another author, for children, which progressed far too steeply and resulted in my granddaughter feeling frustrated and discouraged - the last thing anyone would want. The size of the Pauline Hall's books are ideal and easy to see, with plenty of illustrations. Also, they are not too thick that you cannot keep them open at the correct page.

Good way to learn piano
I used all the Piano Time books when learning and they were really good. I started during lockdown but then started lessons when I was able to and I used this series of books throughout the first year and a bit of learning.
