What is the difference between the two-arm pull and one-arm pull?

The SkiErg is designed for both double-poling, the two-armed pull common to all variations of Nordic skiing. The double-pole involves more of the larger muscle groups, resulting in increased aerobic demand, calorie burn, and a higher quality workout.

What are the connectivity options of the SkiErg?

The SkiErg's PM5 Performance Monitor is an open-platform device that connects via Bluetooth to smartphones or tablets. It is compatible with over 30 different apps, including Concept2's own ErgData.

How can I connect a Garmin Heart Rate Monitor to my Concept2 PM5?

The Garmin HRM-Dual, HRM-Pro, and HRM-Pro Plus Heart Rate Transmitters connect wirelessly to PM4 and PM5 monitors on Concept2 equipment using Bluetooth or ANT+ technology. This included chest strap is ideal for monitoring heart rate during workouts.

How do I share my Concept2 workout data with Garmin Connect?

The easiest way to share your workouts to Garmin Connect is through the Concept2 Online Logbook. After syncing your workout data from the ErgData app to the Concept2 Online Logbook, you can send this data to Garmin Connect by linking your accounts.
