Also, the 4 and 5 star reviews look more like paid reviewers, than people who actually use the fans. They are built cheap, and usually last from a couple of weeks, to at most, a couple of years. Which honestly, for a 21 dollar fan, you can't complain. I'd recommend either going by the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations or ask a mechanic for a recommendation. **Q: Can this be used with a fan speed controller? (Will it run on a range of 5-12v?)** A: Yes fan speed controller works great. You can even reverse it. **Q: How much does its CFM drop if it's installed to push air?** A: no cfm drop ,just turn over fan blade **Q: What are the measurements of the shroud?** A: Don't know, I returned it because it only pushes air in one direction.
