I honestly cant remember why one has the hand twist clamps and the other has the screw twist ones. I think I took the hand twist ones off another item all together just for initial convenience. But I don't ever remove this, so I would have been fine with the screw twist ones. CONS: -They only sent me 1 initially. I thought I had ordered the wrong thing, but I simply did an exchange, and only sent one back. No harm no foul, just something to keep an eye on. Review: The cuffs grip well on my dust collector and are able to handle the weight of a couple accessories hanging on it without additional support.
