Review: Easy to clean and no chin zits! - Easy to clean. Really quiet. Nice app design. No chin zits on the kitty! I've had this for 2 months and I'm pleasantly surprised! I didn't know if the cat would like it or if she would get chin zits like from fountains before. It's been a huge success. Easy of cleaning and re-assembly is a breeze. Most importantly, the cats loves it, and drinks more water now. The only downside I can think of is being powered by a USB cable, and not including an adapter for the wall. Luckily, being an old iPhone user, I had plenty of adapters laying around.

**Q: App/fountain isn't wifi enabled without connection to other petkit products. if traveling out of bluetooth range, app won’t work?**
A: This fountain is Bluetooth connected to the APP and can only be connected remotely to WIFI when connected to a specific product of PETKIT.

**Q: I don't have an power outlet near where I'd like to place the fountain. Do you have a rechargeable model available?**
A: Hello, because the fountain is always on, it consumes a lot of electricity, so we are sorry that our fountain does not support charging.

**Q: Can the app set up a specific custom interval to start/stop? For example, can you set it to turn on at 8 am and turn off at 8 pm? Or every 3 hours?**
A: Thank you for your question.
This fountain allows you to set the no-disturb time. During the no-disturb time, the fountain stops working.
Also, when in smart mode, you can set the time interval between drinking work and rest. But this interval can only be within 1-60 minutes.

**Q: When are you sending me a replacement for the fountain you sent missing multiple peices?!?!**
A: I guess my best suggestion would be to call them and have them either send you a QR code to send it back to get a new one I'm assuming you bought it within the 30-day period so you can still return it if so then return it and tell them it was defective missing parts otherwise if you've had it for a period of time and it's no longer can be returned the only other thing I can do is suggest that you speak with somebody and clarify exactly what the problem is and what parts you may be missing or may need to make your product function properly

This is the best Water Fountain ever: super silent, holds 2 liters of water, the pump auto-shutoff when water is low, and I know my cat has fresh and clean water every single day. And to top it all off: they have the best Customer Support! Very fast and super friendly! If you love your Pets you need to buy this Water Fountain for them! You’re going to love it! Original Review: I received my PetKit 2 but it didn’t include the 4 extras pieces of foam for the filter. Besides that it’s an excellent product. Update 1: They shipped the 4 extra missing pieces of foam. Excellent Customer Service, amazing product! Update 2: My PetKit simply stopped working. The lights still works but the fountain it’s not working anymore. My cat was without water for 2 days until we realized that the pump was not running. It worked for only 6 months. I really need help from the Customer Support right now. Changing my rating for 2 stars, again. Update 3: PetKit send me info on how to clean inside the pump, and although I clean (scrub) the fountain every month and change water filter and sponge of the pump when filter light turns on, I’ve never cleaned inside the pump. I didn’t see any pet hair inside, but after a throughout clean and flush of water the pump started working again. They also send me 5 filters for free to help with the maintenance of my filter. That’s an excellent customer service!
