I was taking now A & D (among other things) for my toothache and sore knee with marginal relief. You get what you pay for. I was using now vitamins but no more now changed their formulas, gotten even cheaper. I've always had good luck with Nature's Way, so I decided to spend more money on myself and get this brand. I changed Vitamin A and Vitamin D to Nature's Way and noticed a difference within a week, my tooth isn't loose anymore and knee pain is way down, I can use stairs no problem. And a bonus.... within 4 weeks my skin has become so silky and young feeling, even the skin on my face and arms! These Vit D tabs saved my life! I was about a 29 when I had my vitamin D tested. Should have been 3x that amount. I was sluggish, sick all the time, and just felt awful before taking this vitamin D supp. In 3 months I was retested and was up to almost 60. My goal is somewhere around 70-90 normal range. I feel like a new person and I even dropped weight with my body functioning properly and no more fatigue or depression. I bought another bottle even though it takes FOREVER to get through these with one per day. My husband and 21 year old daughter are on them now. A friend of mine was just diagnosed with cancer, and had been recommending vit. D to all of us. I'd already been taking it, and at 2000 a day, I still tested low, so I decided to try a higher dosage. I've heard that you can up to 10,000 in just twenty minutes of noon time sun, so maybe the 400 recommended by doctors, is too low, at least for those of us who live in the great northwest, who don't see the sun for months at a time. Nature's Way is fairly priced, and the gels are easy to take, so why not? I rarely get the flu and have never had a flu shot, so maybe it's working.

For this to be in a "soft gel" form, I thought for sure they'd go down a lot smoother. It also says on the label that these are chewable. Well, I chewed one the first time I took it (about a month or so ago) and I haven't chewed one since. I take one in the morning before breakfast and swallow it with juice or water. The price was great considering there are 240 per bottle.

A doctor recommended this brand of Vitamin D3 so I started taking it. I was severely low in D.After about six weeks of taking this vitamin my energy level was noticeably improved. I’m feeling so good,so I will continue with this brand of vitamin.

This is a good product. My doc put me on vit d3 after cancer surgery to increase my immunity level. I'm now 5 1/2 years after and doing well. I'll stay on vit D3. It's part of my health regimen.

I previously gave this one star … I have used this Vitamin D3 product for many months and it was just fine. My last order .. smelled bad!! There was no return or exchange option.. thus the one star. However this was made right so I would probably order this in the future …
