Very good oil for cleaning and just lubrication. I’ve wiped my gun down with it. I’ve actually left it at my cabin where it got hot cold hot cold there was no rust on the barrel from it.

Good product - been using it for a while. Packaging was a little questionable though - What I received was a regular Amazon box with paper padding and two bottles in a ziplock bag (the kind you buy at the grocery store). One of the needles was partially broken. Would better packaging have prevented the broken needle? I don't know - maybe - maybe not. I didn't return it because I have others that I can just swap out & it would be more of a hassle than it was worth. Product: 10-10. Packaging - ehhh.

Easing into using this Lucas oil was a good choice. It works noticeably better than the generic options I usually find at the store.
