These overnight underwear are very good and comfortable for my husband. Especially because they are very soft and helpful for him and his allergies.

The overnight diaper truly has great overnight absorbency. I rarely leak out the side. Great fit and comfort although it does feel a little “papery.” I wear one during the day too , with a pair of regular panties over the top to prevent “droopy diaper” when the disposable needs changing. Then I can tear off the diaper and throw it away and stick an overnight pad on my panties without having to remove my slacks and still have good protection until I’m ready to put on another diaper in the evening.

It has a pad built in to the briefs, so it's super absorbent.

Bit of odd fit for my spouse. But is using them is a big plus. Just toss when soiled. A few have ripped when pulling up.

They're very absorbent and fit well.

These are probably the best pull ups I've found so far, but not well designed for men. Positives: I wear a 46 pant, so according to the size chart, I should wear a large, almost XL. It says if you are between sizes to size down so I went with large. They fit well and stay put. The absorbancy and capacity is pretty good, and these are the only pull ups I've found with standing leak guards. Negatives: In order to accommodate male anatomy, the product needs to be wider in front so it can come up around the privates more. Moving too much will pull those leak guards down too far and allow leaks when flooding happens. Also, being that urine comes out in front on men, the absorbant material really needs to come up higher. I find urine is hitting right at the top of the absorbant material unless the pull up is carefully adjusted first. Overall, this is a good product that just does not work for me and I suspect will not work for most large men.

Very good at what it is supposed to do. No issues other than the absorbent material came out of the diaper after a full night's sleep. Would recommend to anyone dealing with incontinence of any kind.

Because works better for me than Depends they have more protection than Depends. My only complaint is they still leak if you sleep on your side, they are somewhat expensive. To me they are comfortable and I do not notice a smell. I would buy again. Update … I have since purchased another package but am VERY disappointed. In this package all of the diapers spilt up the side at the seams as soon as you put them on . I did not have this problem before but am now leary about ordering another package.

I bought these for nighttime wear for my elderly mother-in-law. They are by far, the best fit and absorbency of anything else she has tried. (And she has tried 3 other kinds from the local medical supply store, as well as Kirkland brand) No more doubling up of cheaper pull ups, no more leaks and extra laundry the next morning. The higher price and import fee is worth it for this Canadian customer. We are now buying the case of 80, which will save us some money. I’d highly recommend these.

The underwear fits snugly around legs and lasts through the night. Best adult absorbent underwear around.

Since I received the last order in December 2025, the quality of these have gone from a 5 star to a 1 star. They no longer absorb fluids, it sits on top of the pads and ends up having the urine running down your leg! I have had to reinforce these with absorbent liners and they are the only thing that seems to actually hold any liquid! DO NOT BUY THESE! Unless they go back to the previous format I will never buy this product again!!
