no no no, i would not recommend it, is better to grab some White Architrave Skirting Boards

Can use external as well as internal.
Easy to to cut for required length and easy to stick to with no nails to any surface.

Did A Great Job
Purchased to cover the gap between a warped, external UPVC door and it's frame, where no amount of replacement door-seal would suffice. This cut like a dream with a fine-toothed saw and adhered well to cleaned surfaces using contact adhesive. It looks very smart and provides an excellent barrier to wind and rain. If the adhesive resists the weather, this will be an excellent solution to a serious problem. The panels themselves are excellent and the removable protective covers are a useful bonus when applying glue.
