My other clips were too heavy but these are really good - and you get 12!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***. on 16 January 2026* I have 2C/3A hair that weighs itself down when wet, so my roots end up plastered to the top of my head. I’ve tried so many different things to get some volume at the top. These clips actually work! The routine: mostly dry the hair (80%? 90%?), then place the clips around the part line. I prefer holding them lengthwise at the part and grabbing hair upward like a claw. That seems to work better for me than setting them at a 90-degree angle (which gives my hair lumps). Then I leave them there for a long time. My hair takes forever to finish drying.
