Suitable box please
I was very happy with this order. It was exactly what I wanted and exactly as described—the quality and color were perfect. However, the item was packed in a small rectangular box, and unfortunately it arrived damaged. I had to return it because of the damage. For future orders, please consider using a larger, square box with better protection to avoid this happening again.

Sieht edel aus
Er kam zerknautscht an mit einer nicht schönen Falte quer über den ganzen Hut und Krempe. Daraufhin habe ich ihn 4 Tage offen liegen lassen und die Falte ist weg. Jetzt hat er die gleiche tolle Form wie auf den Bildern und sieht einfach nur elegant aus. Auch mit Pferdeschwanz oder gebundenen Haaren kann man ihn wunderbar tragen. Nicht zu groß von der Krempe her, aber auch nicht zu klein, wirklich schön.
