Closed it's metallic red shape and finish are unique, open the chrome front is a nice contrast. It feels good in the hand, open or closed, it's one of those quality objects that feels nice to touch and hold. It writes smoothly and reliably. It snugly fits into your pants' coin pocket. Closed it's compact enough so that it's easy to lose track of, I have a chrome one around *somewhere* . I do tax work and go though lots of good quality disposable pens, but it's nicer to hand a client this, it doesn't skip, the the ink seems to last longer than the disposables, and the refills are cheaper than the pens I've been buying.

Wonderfully reliable ink pen cartridges. They don’t write well on some types of plastic that don’t allow enough traction to turn the ball bearing, but that’s to be expected. They work phenomenally well on surfaces with more friction and even better on surfaces that give slightly or depress with reasonable pressure. Don’t leave it in a hot car or the ink can bead up on the tip and you’ll end up with a mess like I did one day. This only happened once though. Seems to work well in all types of weather. Having enough friction against the writing surface seems to be the key in getting the most appropriate amount of ink to come out of the tip. Doesn’t seem to write well on hard surfaces like a glossy shopping receipt on a kitchen table. Great ergonomic feel and unique small size with a satisfying texture all around. Satisfying sound when removing and replacing the cap. I would buy this pen again, I always want a few around because of how they feel in the hand. Some pens require less pressure to give you the appropriate amount of ink, so if you’re using this pen on a surface that doesn’t seem to result in enough ink, then you might be better off using a different kind of pen on that particular surface, a kind of pen that has a more generous flow of ink on average than the Fisher Space pens. But again, on certain surfaces the Fisher Space pens shine, and in others they don’t write well at all. When they do write, they glide well and feel satisfying as writing tools.

I titled this best pen ever and that is because it is. The most famous pen to be produced and it has timeless styling. I have read it is even in a modern art museum. I bought this for my wife as I already have the classic mirrored stainless model. I carry mine every day and they easily fit in any pocket. Accessories are available such as a pocket clip in case you want it in your shirt pocket or want to ensure it does not roll around on flat surfaces when you have nothing to place it against. You can buy different ink refills to suit your needs such as fine or medium point or blue or black ink for example. Pen writes on anything, at any angle, and in extreme conditions/temperatures as advertised. Furthermore the ink lasts a long time, I have had my pen for over 2 years writing occasional notes and it is still running strong. Highly recommend!

Works well; medium point, black ink; nice red color just as pictured, and small it's easy to carry in pocket or purse. It does write upside down, too. I tested it, plus I write things on my kitchen wall-calendar which makes me write in an "up" angle and there's no problem. Only thing that may be a problem is that if you lay it down on anything other than a level table, it will roll because there is nothing, such as a pocket clip, to stop it.

If you need/want to carry a pen, this is the perfect choice. Yes, it's pricey for a pen, but it delivers in every category. It's small, fits in your pants pocket along with anything else you carry. It writes in any position at any temperature. It just works! You'll forget the price the first day you carry it.

Pretty and writes in all directions the pressurized cartridge really works well, nice size fits great with my checkbook

While not quite as elegant (or expensive) as the Titanium Nitride finished pen, the solid color Fisher Space pens are excellent products. The Cherry Red color is slightly understated, and handsome. The pen itself is flawless: a beautiful, simple design, with a cartridge that is very simply the best I have ever used, anywhere, anytime. It writes in any angle, including upside down, and with its pressurized ink flow, it is the most reliable pen I have ever used. Just love it!

Der Kuli schreibt sehr ordentlich ohne Lücken in der Tinte. Er ist sehr sauber verarbeitet und sieht echt super aus. Hab ihn noch gravieren lassen ohne dass der Lack abfällt-> sehr gut
