I was looking for ankle straps to use on a cable machine since my gym does not have any. These straps allow you to wrap them around your ankles to kick your leg to the side or back with weight. These straps have let me do these with ease. They are also not very complicated to wrap around as most of it is velcro to stick together. It has got the job done every single time I have used them in the gym. However, after 2 or 3 times using it one of the silver rings had completely snap off without any way of putting it back on. The rings is used to attach the cable machine to your ankle. Although, these have two rings so I can still use it using just one ring. Along with that the velcro seems to be a bit weak, meaning it looks like it could completely be torn apart over time. Once the velcro and rings are torn apart than this product is then useless.
