A: I'm a 58 year old left handed female with moderate osteoarthritis at the CMC joints in both thumbs, and I never used a power saw prior to purchasing this, and I have no problem holding when I use it. I have more control and can make straighter, more accurate cuts when I hold it with both hands. However, I do have larger hands than most women.
